What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They're widely used to make sites work, remember preferences and understand how pages are used.
The cookies we use
- Essential cookies — needed for the site to load and keep pages secure. These can't be switched off.
- Security cookies — Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or similar storage when you use a contact form, only to confirm the submission is likely from a person and not a bot.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell any data collected on this site.
Analytics
We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other advertising or marketing tracker on this website. If that changes, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask before setting optional cookies.
Third-party content
Some pages link out to trusted organisations such as the BACP, NICE and the NHS, and our address links to Google Maps. Contact forms also load Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Once you follow an external link, or interact with that security check, that organisation's own cookie and privacy policies may also apply.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings — usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of this site working properly.
