Lynda host's individual and monthly group meditation, mindfulness and relaxation sessions which can help you to focus on the here and now, manage your thoughts and simply let go of stress and anxiety. The health benefits are endless.
The sessions are held at a beautiful location in Essex, and usually involve breathing techniques and meditation to help recognise and reduce overthinking and anxiety.
Meditation and Wellbeing Group Workshops are held once a month on a Saturday morning, in Ford End, Chelmsford.
Meditation can be incorporated into your therapy or you can be offered as a simply one-to-one meditation session.
